The solution review process is organized to ensure the highest levels of integrity and avoid conflicts of interest.
Each year a new team of experts is selected from a list of nominees provided by our board. Each nominee is recommended because they have extensive practical expertise in the variety of disciplines that fall under the broad reach of the annual theme. The nominees are interviewed and the Executive Review Team comprised of a representative from Gulfstream and a representative from WWL and our Solutions Director select multiple experts from each discipline. There is always a minimum of 12 reviewers. In some years the number may be increased to respond to the volume of applications.
Our solution review team is not disclosed publically until after they have selected the top ten Solutions Inspiring Action to be presented at the Solutions Exchange in September. This ensures they can work effectively as a team with the freedom to research solution submissions and provides a framework for exciting multidisciplinary discussions and sharing of insights and expertise.
